How it Works

Land Owner

Space Logic and Land Owner create docks for future SpaceBlokk. Docks includes utilities, landscape, and foundation. Collects docking fee from buyer/tenant

Investor

Space Logic works with investor to finance dock creation and SpaceBlokk financing. Investor collects monthly lease payment from buyer/renter

Buyer/Tenant

Searches Blokks On Docks online for building and location that meets their needs and budget. Pays the required down payment and monthly fee that pays investor and dock fee to land owner. At end of lease period, buyer/renter, or landowner may payoff balance and own SpaceBlokk.

Our aim is to provide a viable home ownership path for the singles, retirees, and small families by creating a flexible, adaptive, and beautiful small but very livable building.

We offer studio, 1, and 2 bedroom homes. Sizes range from 200 – 900 sqf.

Our current focus is in Western Canada and US.

Yes.  NanoPODs are designed to conform to any municipality or district that allows detached accessory dwelling units. (Carriage houses, laneways, backyard suites, etc..). The buildings are built to meet or exceed the building and energy codes in most NA jurisdictions.

The program was developed to address the real needs of working people. Our goal is to provide a truly affordable housing solution for a broad range of people, while providing nice return for investors and landowners.

We do sell and build SpaceBlokk and other pre-designed ADUs and building modules.
