Every living space needs a bathroom. BathBlokks are built-offsite and ready to use as soon as they are connected to the utilities.
Our current bathblokk connect to conventional DWV and potable systems. We our developing on-site waste water processing that will drastically reduce water consumption for residential and commercial buildings.
BathBlokks provide 3” stubs for the drain, waste, and vent, 1” stubout with threaded union for waterline connection and 1-1/2 or 2” grey pvc conduit for electrical connection. We have solutions for both combustible and non-combustible construction.

Bathblokks can be built into the floor (inset) rest above the floor (raised), or have the plumbing and wiring penetrate through the floor (thru floor).
